Gill and Adrian welcome you to Wheatleys Farm - a dairy farm on the edge of the peaceful and picturesque village of Ashton Keynes, the first village on the River Thames.

We farm about 500 acres, milking 200 Holstein cows and rearing all calves either for beef or as dairy replacements. The arable land is used all year round to produce feed for the animals. Situated on this farm is, of course, one of the finest Cotswolds bed and breakfasts.

Wheatleys Farm Bed and Breakfast is located just to the south of Cirencester between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Swindon, right in the Cotswold Water Park which comprises of 150 lakes with lots of opportunities for walking, bird watching and water sports.

Two village pubs are within walking distance of this bed and breakfast, and both offer excellent food. Alternatively, we can recommend a variety of restaurants within a few miles.

We have a family room with four single beds - two of which can be zipped and linked to make a generous double bed. Our second room is a double with a king-size bed. Both rooms have en suite shower rooms with power showers, remote controlled colour televisions, radio alarm, hair dryer, Wifi access and a beverage tray.

Breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the garden, using only the best local produce.

It must be stressed that smoking is prohibited at Wheatleys Farm Bed and Breakfast.

We also provide a large garden in which to relax and ample parking for guests' vehicles. Set in the garden is our brand new luxury detached self catering accommodation which sleeps 2 people, ideal for a romantic break.

Value for money is key at Wheatleys Farm, and to this end we offer high quality accommodation at a reasonable price. The tariffs are as listed below:

Single occupancy rooms start from £45 per room
Double/Twin occupancy start from £55 per room

This Cotswolds bed and breakfast offers special rates for stays of 3 or more nights.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of up to £30 per room per night. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Please make cheques payable to "Mrs. G Freeth". Unfortunately; we do not take credit cards at present.

As well as providing bed and breakfast we now offer two new Self-catering Apartments adjacent to the house. Set in unspoiled countryside on the edge of the village of Ashton Keynes, in the Cotswold Water Park, these two tastefully furnished apartments offer a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of busy towns. Our newly built self-contained holiday apartments are adjacent to the farmhouse and within the private grounds of the house.
