Broadway is often described as the 'Gateway to the Cotswolds' and is a typical former market town with a wide High Street flanked by pretty cottages and fine houses built of the famous honey-coloured local stone, with an abundance of interesting shops and restaurants.
Located towards the outskirts of Broadway, Pennylands Bed and Breakfast is an Edwardian villa set in almost three acres of grounds and enjoying splendid rural views to the front and rear of the property.

Broadway village centre is just 10 minutes walk away, and Pennylands provides the ideal base from which to explore the multitude of experiences that Gloucestershire and Worcestershire has to offer.
Pennylands has three guest bedrooms, all of which are decorated to high standards to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. Each room has colour television with 'Freeview', tea and coffee-making facilities and complimentary guest toiletries. A full English breakfast is served, together with fresh melon or seasonal fruits.

The Garden Annexe - Located on the ground floor of Pennylands, the Garden Annexe is a self-contained suite with generously sized double bedroom, large shower room and a kitchenette. Adjoining the Garden Annexe is an outside decking area with patio furniture (for those hardy souls prepared to brave the outdoor elements of our English summers).

The Vale Room - This spacious first floor room has a king-size bed (or twin singles, if required) and an en suite shower room. Located at the front of the house, this room enjoys superb views over the Vale toward the distant hills.

The Tower Room - This room is furnished with a king-size four-poster bed and enjoys views towards the famous Broadway Tower on the far hillside. The Tower Room has a large, private bathroom across the landing, which is for solely for use by guests occupying this room.
Room rates are from £65 per night. Please note that special discount rates apply to stays of four nights or more and bargain three night midweek breaks may also be available – please ring to check.
