Set in nearly an acre of lovely gardens, the attractive Edwardian house offers three individually decorated, bright and airy bedrooms, and a large guest car parking area. To ensure a restful night's sleep, each of the rooms are well ventilated and have controllable central heating and cooling fans. The beds, one double and two king size, are all pocket sprung and have the finest pure cotton bedding. Two bedrooms offer modern en-suite shower rooms and the third has its own newly refitted bathroom across the hall (bathrobes are provided).

For maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay all rooms are equipped with top quality complimentary toiletries, well stocked hospitality trays, a fridge and TV with DVD player. A small library of books, movies and DVDs are available for guests enjoyment during their stay at Larks Rise.

After a good night's sleep, guests enjoy a delicious breakfast in the sunny conservatory. There is a choice of a home cooked full English breakfast, including Cotswold sausage and bacon, and fresh free range eggs from the hosts own hens, or perhaps a choice of fruits, cereals and yoghurts. Specials include porridge served with cream or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, and whichever option you choose, you are guaranteed an excellent start to the day!
